  arrived at Cebo 6:15 and there were only 4 different groups of people there (none were bigger than a group of 4). It took at least 10 minutes for the waitress to acknowledge us being there and bring us water and she didn't come off as being friendly or in a good mood. We ordered our appetizers and dinner at the same time and requested that they came out at the same time due to having a concert at 8. We asked at 7:25 how much longer it was going to be and the waitress went back to the kitchen and ask. You could hear her arguing with the chef, who is also her husband, trying to figure out how much longer it was going to take our food which was only two hamburgers and two appetizers. She came back to the table and said it would be another 10 to 15 minutes. At 7:45 we finally got up left the table and went to Arby's!! I have eaten here before and the food is amazing but the service is getting worse and worse in the wait for your food is taking longer and longer. It seems as if the kitchen and the chef are unable to handle just a few tables. It's a shame because it's such a beautiful place I really hope they can get it together.

  Went here with some friends and had a great evening. The atmosphere is wonderful - it's a small quaint little place. The food was very tasty, with some different styles than I was familiar with.
  
  I would give this a 5 star rating, but personally, the food wasn't really the kind of food that I would normally like to eat, so I only gave it a 4. But, of course, my taste is different than yours.
